These terms cover the conva beta software and the getconva.com website. By joining the beta or using the app, you agree to them.

The beta

conva is early software offered free of charge during its beta. It’s provided “as is,” may change or break, and shouldn’t be relied on as your only record of a conversation.

Record responsibly

You’re responsible for how you use conva, including recording and transcribing calls. Laws about consent to record vary by place — make sure you have the consent you need before capturing a conversation.

Your content

Your transcripts, recordings, and reference documents are yours. Because processing is local by default, that content stays on your device unless you choose to use an optional cloud engine.

Acceptable use

Don’t use conva to break the law or to harm others. We may end beta access that’s abused.

Changes

We’ll update these terms as conva moves toward launch, including when paid plans begin. Beta users will keep the pricing they were promised at sign-up.
